Rose Quartz Women’s
Health and Wellness Program
The program offers healing through several holistic mental health wellness tools through peering, counseling, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, parenting, focusing on trauma and PTSD, relaxation techniques, linkages to pharmacological services such as MAT, and connection to resources and other partners for integrated care. People, Places, and Dreams will help with the necessary skill building and vocational assistance that is often needed to ensure self-management.
Rose Quartz has 4 Core Program Groups: Domestic Violence and Situations, Children and Family Reunification, Sexual Trauma and Wellness, and Intensive Outpatient Program. There are also several 1-Hour Groups for specialized needs, that are in addition to the Core groups or as stand-alone groups.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program for Substance Use (IOP): 8 Week in-person program. Co-ed group. Provides support to encouraging compliance and prevent recidivism.

- Aftercare (Group maintenance after the 8-week program) Tues/Thurs, 10-12
- Living in Balance Evidence-Based Curriculum

- Reel Talk Movie Club
One Hour Groups:
- Courts (Drug, Mental Health, Probation, Parole, Solicitor’s)
