Peer Supportive Services
We provide Peer Support Services for those in Recovery, battling addictions, and needing encouragement in seeking Modeling of how to stay clean by a Certified Peer Supporters who have experienced similar.
Case Management
Conducted individually or in groups, PPD’s case management service provides individualized, comprehensive case management services to help each individual re-build a solid foundation to support recovery, wellness, and health.
Advocacy
We provide advocacy for those involved in Criminal Justice System including Drug Court, Children Family Services, Parole/ Probation to encourage compliance and prevent recidivism.
Groups
Support Groups, Trauma, Substance Use, Mental Health, Gambling, Minorities Issues, LBGTQ Conversations, Abuse, Parenting
MID-Program
Provides harm reduction, education, job readiness, is designed to assist clients in seeking ways to decrease frequency of use, introduce stress and coping alternatives, and increase employability for both clients and employers, and will educate and warn the community on the dangers of fentanyl in marijuana and designer drugs.
Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)
At People, Places, and Dreams our goal to assist clients with Opioid Use Disorder and participants in MAT programs, including Suboxone and Subotex.
